We have established different refund policies for various subscription types and account conditions.

Doc2X Membership Service Refund Policy

  • This policy applies to membership service refunds on the website doc2x.noedgeai.com and its corresponding client applications.

7-Day No-Reason Refund Policy

  • The following is the 7-day no-reason refund policy. If you meet the criteria, you can directly submit a refund request through the order interface.

  • Add-on Package Refund: You can apply for a refund within 7 days (i.e., 168 hours) after purchase, provided your account has sufficient membership credits to deduct the corresponding resources, and please state the reason for the refund in your application.

    • Image recognition add-on packages, PDF parsing add-on packages (large/small), and credit add-on packages (large/small) are all subject to the above rules.
    • If you have used credits to exchange for other resources after purchasing a resource package, please be sure to explain this in your application.
  • Membership Refund: You can apply for a refund within 7 days (i.e., 168 hours) after purchase, provided your account has sufficient membership credits to deduct the corresponding resources (general parsing pages, and membership credits must all be sufficient), and please state the reason for the refund in your application.

    • Trial Pro membership, Monthly Pro membership, and Annual Pro membership are all subject to the above rules.
    • If you have used credits to exchange for other resources after purchasing membership, please be sure to explain this in your application.
  • Refund Process:

    • After submitting an application in the order list, our customer service team will review your request within 1-3 business days.
    • After approval, we will refund the remaining amount to your original payment account after deducting the resource credits you have used.
    • The time for the refund to reach your account depends on the processing speed of different payment channels, typically requiring 3-7 business days.

Service Dissatisfaction Refund Policy

  • If you need a refund within 7 days of purchase due to dissatisfaction with service quality or other reasons, you can submit a refund application on the order page of the website or client. To help us improve our service, please explain in detail the reasons for your dissatisfaction in your application.
  • Scope of Application: This policy applies to all first-time purchases of membership packages and add-on products. Renewal orders or non-first-time purchase orders are not covered by this policy.
  • Refund Conditions:
    • Application Deadline: Refund applications must be submitted within 7 days (i.e., 168 hours) after successful payment.
  • Resource Usage Limitations:
    • Membership Packages: When applying for a refund, used resources (including but not limited to general parsing pages and credit consumption) must not exceed 10% of the total package.
    • Add-on Packages: When applying for a refund, used resources must not exceed 10% of the total add-on package.
    • Account Status: The account applying for a refund must be in normal status with no violations of service terms.
  • Refund Process:
    • After submitting an application in the order list, our customer service team will review your request within 1-3 business days.
    • After approval, we will refund the remaining amount to your original payment account after deducting the resource credits you have used.
    • The time for the refund to reach your account depends on the processing speed of different payment channels, typically requiring 3-7 business days.
  • Special Circumstances:
    • If you are unable to use the service normally due to our reasons, such as major product bugs or long-term service interruptions, you can contact customer service within 7 days of the problem occurrence. We will evaluate based on the actual situation, and the above resource usage limitations may not apply.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds and restrict related account functions for any malicious or abusive behavior regarding refund policies.

Doc2X API Refund Policy

  • This policy applies to membership service refunds on the website open.noedgeai.com and its corresponding client applications.

  • Balance Refund: You can apply for a refund within 72 hours after your first purchase, and please state the reason for the refund in your application.

    • If you need a refund for a specific amount, please specify the balance amount you want to be refunded in your application.
  • Resource Package Refund: You can apply for a refund within 72 hours after your first purchase, provided your account has sufficient membership credits to deduct the corresponding resources, and please state the reason for the refund in your application.

    • Resource packages only support full refunds, not partial refunds.

Although we strictly adhere to our policies, Doc2X may not be able to fulfill your refund request if your account has anomalies. We strive to make our refund policy as fair as possible.

For customers who meet the refund conditions, we will process the refund within 3 to 7 business days. Please note that if you have previously received a refund from us, we reserve the right to refuse subsequent refund applications. Therefore, the above policies may no longer apply to you. This policy is designed to prevent abuse of refund rules and ensure fair use of the service.
