Refund Policy

We have established different refund policies based on subscription types and account status.

Doc2X Subscription Service Refund Rules

  • Add-on Package Refund: You can apply for a refund within 72 hours of your first purchase, provided that your account has sufficient subscription credits to deduct the corresponding resources. Please include the reason for refund in your application.

    • This rule applies to image recognition add-on packages, PDF parsing add-on packages (large/small), and credit add-on packages (large/small)
    • If you have used credits to exchange for other quotas after purchasing resource packages, please explain this situation in your application
  • Subscription Refund: You can apply for a refund within 72 hours of your first purchase, provided that your account has sufficient subscription credits to deduct the corresponding resources (PDF parsing pages, image recognition pages, and subscription credits must all be sufficient for deduction). Please include the reason for refund in your application.

    • This rule applies to Trial Pro subscriptions, monthly Pro subscriptions, and annual Pro subscriptions
    • If you have used credits to exchange for other quotas after purchasing a subscription, please explain this situation in your application

Doc2X API Refund Rules

  • Balance Refund: You can apply for a refund within 72 hours of your first purchase. Please include the reason for refund in your application.

    • If you need a refund for a specific amount, please indicate the balance quantity you need refunded in your application.
  • Resource Package Refund: You can apply for a refund within 72 hours of your first purchase, provided that your account has sufficient subscription credits to deduct the corresponding resources. Please include the reason for refund in your application.

    • Resource packages only support full refunds, partial refunds are not supported

While we strictly adhere to our policies, Doc2X may not be able to fulfill your refund request if your account shows any abnormalities. We strive to make our refund policy as fair as possible.

For customers who meet the refund conditions, we will process refunds within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that if you have previously received a refund from us, we reserve the right to reject subsequent refund applications, and therefore the above policies may no longer apply to you. This policy is designed to prevent abuse of refund rules and ensure fair use of the service.
