C-End Batch Save Guide

If you need to save multiple files in batches, you can select multiple files in the Doc2X client and save them in batches.

  1. Open the Doc2X client and click "Multi-select Operation Files".

  2. Click "Multi-select Files", select the files that need to be saved, and then click "Batch Save".

  3. Select the save platform you need (e.g., FlowUs, Notion). If there are translation files, you also need to select the translation type (Original, Translation Only, Bilingual Comparison, etc.). Select platform

  4. Complete the authorization configuration according to platform requirements (skip this step if already authorized).

  5. Click "Batch Save" and wait for all file synchronization to complete.

Notes

  • Translation result files that preserve formatting are all PDF files
  • When batch saving to FlowUs/Notion, the translation results that preserve formatting will be filtered out. Batch saving of translation result files that preserve formatting is not currently supported
