How to Access Local Storage
- Click on 30-day temporary storage
- Select local permanent storage
How to Preview
Hover over items to preview related information. Click to expand for delete record options (deleting records only removes database entries, not the saved files)
Click on the expanded sub-record to preview. The detail page operation logic is consistent with the 30-day temporary storage logic.
How to Import 30-Day Temporary Records to Local Permanent Storage
Click the Import to Local button.
If initialization has not been configured, an initialization window will pop up:

You can later change output layout related configurations in User Avatar → Account Management → Personal Settings.
FAQ
I deleted the local file, and after re-importing, I cannot preview. What should I do?
After deleting local files, the imported sub-records/main records still exist in the database.
The Import to Local operation detects if a parent record exists, and will only import sub-records that do not exist in the database.
Solution: Click the folder expand icon, click delete to remove the entire folder record, then re-import.
